Westover Companies to host lemonade stands at 57 apartment communities in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland on June 8
KING OF PRUSSIA (June 6, 2018) On Friday, June 8, 2018, The Westover Companies will team up with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to stake a stand against childhood cancers. A total of 57 of Westover’s residential properties and corporate headquarters will participate by opening lemonade stands to raise funds for the childhood cancer foundation. Through this event, donors will help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation earn match dollars from the Westover Companies, furthering the impact in the fight against childhood cancers.
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation was established in 2005 to continue the mission of four-year-old Alex, who while fighting her own battle against cancer, set up a lemonade stand to help raise money for “doctors to find a cure” for all childhood cancers.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of cancer patient Alexandra Alex Scott (1996-2004).
